Secure Foundations

This program is a four month foundational preview of our comprehensive One-Year Signature Program, using the Diamond Design for Flourishing framework that integrates coaching, counseling, and community mentoring.

Through interactive, small group sessions and practical exercises, you will experience Secure Coaching's transformational approach and cultivate healthier relationship patterns within yourself and those around you - spouses, children, friends and co-workers.

  • Duration: 4 Months

  • Live Sessions: Thursdays

  • Time: 12:00–1:15 PM EST

  • Format: Group Sessions via Zoom

  • Participants: 8-10 Women
